BusSewa is a product of BusSewa Ticketing Pvt. Ltd. ("BusSewa", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered under Diyalo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through its compliance with its privacy policies. This Privacy Policy describes: the types of information that BusSewa may collect from you when you access or use our mobile application, website, and related services; and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, storing, and disclosing such information.
This policy applies only to the information BusSewa collects through its services. This Policy DOES NOT apply to information that you provide directly to, or that is collected by, any third-party, such as payment partners. Personal Information: Personal Information is the information that can be associated with the specific person and could be used to identify that specific person from the data that we have, or is likely to have access to. Your Personal information shall include but may not be limited to the following:
- Account Information: Full name, mobile number, email address, username, and other information provided during account registration or login.
- Agent Registration Information: If you apply to become a BusSewa Agent, we may collect additional information required for verification and account setup, such as your business name, contact details, address, identification documents (where applicable), and other information submitted through the "Be an Agent" registration process.
- Booking Information: Information relating to your bookings and travel services, including passenger information, contact details, travel itineraries, departure and destination details, travel dates, seat selections, booking references, booking history, cancellation and refund information, and any other information that you voluntarily provide or that is required to process, manage, fulfill, or support your booking and related travel services.
- Mobile device IDs: Unique mobile device identifier (e.g., IDFA or other device IDs), we use mobile Device IDs (the unique identifier assigned to a device by the manufacturer), instead of cookies, to recognize you. We may do this to track your use of our application. Unlike cookies, mobile Device IDs cannot be deleted.
How Do We Use the Information?
Any information that we collect from you may be used for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your BusSewa account.
- To process and manage ticket bookings and related services.
- To manage BusSewa Agent registrations and services.
- To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
- To send booking confirmations, service updates, and important notifications.

- To monitor, diagnose, and resolve technical issues that may arise during the use of our Services.
- To improve the performance, functionality, and security of our Services.

How Do We Protect Your Information?
Your Personal Information is stored on secure systems and protected using appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. Access to your information is limited to authorized personnel who require such access to perform their job responsibilities and who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

BusSewa does not collect or store your banking credentials, debit card details, credit card details, CVV, PIN, internet banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information.
Payments made through BusSewa are securely processed by authorized third-party payment gateways, banks, and payment service providers. Such providers are responsible for collecting, processing, and protecting your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

Cookies
Cookies are small files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
The service does not use these "Cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use "Cookies" to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device.
Permissible Age
The service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
Amendments

User Consent
By using the app and/or providing your information, you consent to the collection and the use of the information you disclose on Diyalo in accordance with this Privacy Policy, including but not, limited to your consent for sharing your information as per this Privacy Policy.
Data Deletion
Users can request the deletion of their data by contacting our support team or through the settings provided in their account dashboard and profile section of Mobile Application. Requests should include sufficient information to identify the user and specify the data to be deleted. We may verify the identity of the requester to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access to data. Upon receiving a valid request, we will delete personal data associated with the user's account, including but not limited to profile information, posts, and comments. Certain data may be retained if required by law or if necessary to fulfill legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our terms of service, or prevent fraud or abuse. We will notify the user once their data deletion request is processed, unless prohibited by law or necessary for security reasons.
